About Us

Fort Lowell Physical Therapy is a private practice outpatient physical therapy clinic founded in 1984 by Don Snyder, P.T. The clinic was remodeled in 2004 and offers a well equipped rehab gym and 7 private treatment rooms in a 3500 sq. ft. facility. Our practice has a reputation for providing quality, individualized care with a personal touch to each patient who comes to us. Many of our patients are referred by people who have been previous patients. We emphasize education to help patients learn to take care of themselves and prevent recurrences, and if you are referred by a physician, he/she is kept informed of your progress.
